Reschio, a heritage luxury brand curated by the Bolza family, seeks a Social Media Manager to amplify its refined narrative globally.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with Reschio’s brand identity and business goals.

Manage and curate content across major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Tik Tok, etc.) to reflect the brand’s elegance and creativity.

Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, improve engagement, and maintain high standards across all digital touchpoints.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to craft visually compelling and strategically driven content that mirrors Reschio’s aesthetic.

Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions with followers in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.

Create detailed weekly and monthly reports on social media performance, ensuring KPIs are met and continuously striving for better results.

Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to position Reschio as a leader in its field.

Skills & Competencies Required
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end luxury context where brand identity is paramount.

Fluent in English and Italian (C1 level) – seamless communication in both languages is essential.

Exceptional writing skills and a keen eye for visual storytelling, with a deep understanding of luxury, heritage, and contemporary innovation.

Strong creative skills, generating fresh ideas while staying aligned with the overarching vision of the Bolza family and Reschio brand.

A proactive team player capable of owning projects and collaborating cross-functionally.

Expertise in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) and a solid understanding of SEO/SEM techniques to drive engagement and results.

A thorough understanding of brand engagement dynamics, audience segmentation, and content strategies.
