Brand Manager Ax (Aesthetic Portfolio)

Job Description
The Brand Manager Ax will help to translate the strategy for the Aesthetic product portfolio (Ax) into a local operational marketing plan to achieve the company's business objectives, directly reporting to the Marketing Manager Ax. All actions must comply with national laws (like Law 231 and

D.lgs 81/08), Galderma's Code of Ethics, Pharma Industry Laws (including Farmindustria Code), and any other relevant codes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and working instructions.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Manager in the execution of the annual plan, aligned with global and local strategy
Analyse the portfolio performance data and market insights
Develop/localize promotional materials for each campaign, both physical and digital, cooperating with agencies, and in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Contribute to the development of the materials for events or Congresses
Support the definition of the materials planning for the Sales Team
Monitor the sampling strategy
Actively collaborate cross‑function and cross‑BUs, for the go‑to‑market activities and Integrated Dermatology Strategies (IDS)

Skills & Qualifications

University Degree with a Marketing/Economic background
At least 5 years of experience in Marketing (Product/Brand Management) with strong background in Aesthetic Medicine
Proven experience in marketing rounded role, mixing qualitative and analytics tasks
Knowledge of Medical Visit strategy and Congresses
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in cross‑functional collaboration
Fluent in Business English (Italian mother tongue preferably)
Office tools
Veeva Vault knowledge
Previous experience working in a matrix organization
