We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities in Italy. You will own the local marketing strategy and execution from brand and performance marketing to affiliate management, ensuring strong growth and a market presence across all channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the full marketing strategy for Italy aligned with company objectives.
Manage brand campaigns, digital performance activities and affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition and retention.
Work closely with the central marketing team to plan and implement initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and efficient execution.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
Oversee local marketing agencies and partners, ensuring quality delivery and accountability.
Qualifications
34 years of marketing experience in the fintech industry.
Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing.
Experience managing affiliates and coordinating cross‑functional marketing teams.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Fluent in Italian and English.
