Position: Junior Digital Marketing Manager F/M/D)
Location: Cusano

Job Overview  In this role, you will drive digital marketing initiatives across channels to grow online engagement and sales. You will work with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to execute campaigns aligned with brand values and business goals. You’ll optimize the Vileda Web Shop and contribute to Italy’s digital plan while tracking performance and ROI. This is an opportunity to shape digital experiences and data‑driven decision‑making in a consumer‑focused environment.
Benefits   Build and execute digital marketing strategies across touchpoints (online advertising, social media, website, email, e‑commerce).
Manage social media channels, SEO activities, influencer collaborations, and support Italy’s digital plan rollout.
Coordinate day‑to‑day with external agencies, set KPIs, and ensure strong ROI on digital initiatives.
Manage and optimise the Vileda Web Shop to drive online sales growth via promotions and digital activations.
Develop and implement media plans and manage product and content.
Monitor and analyse digital performance, derive insights from market trends and customer behaviour to support decisions.
Ensure effective reporting by tracking performance, traffic, and conversion KPIs across digital channels.
Contribute to continuous improvement of digital touchpoints, aligning with brand values and business goals.
Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media, E‑commerce or related roles (preferably FMCG).
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and key digital KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROAS, CPM, CTR).
Hands‑on experience in digital campaign execution, social media management, or e‑commerce operations.
Familiarity with marketing tools/platforms (Google Analytics, Meta, Amazon, CMS tools) considered a plus.
Creative mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders.
Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
