InPost is a leading player in the business to consumer parcel delivery market. In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader. InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 5000 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 5000 fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24/7) enabling customers to collect, send and return parcels at their earliest convenience.

The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer’s Polish home market. Job Overview
We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive growth for our consumer base and generate qualified business leads through performance marketing campaigns across web and mobile. You’ll be responsible for full‑funnel acquisition — from awareness to activation — running and optimizing paid campaigns across all major channels, with our mobile app as one of the key destinations alongside the web. Your goal is to increase qualified traffic, leads, app installations, and user activation, while optimizing marketing spend for the best return.

You’ll combine strong analytical and reporting skills with hands‑on campaign management, working closely with Technology, Brand, Customer Support, Sales and Acquisition teams in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment where you’ll have room to take on new projects and grow your scope of responsibility.

Responsibilities and Duties

Drive Performance Marketing Across Channels:
Plan, brief, and steer paid campaigns across Google (Search, PMax, Display, You Tube), Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, and programmatic/partner channels. Own planning, targeting, creative direction, and optimization decisions. Challenge agency proposals with data and your own platform knowledge.
Generate Business Leads:
Run B2B lead generation campaigns on Linked In, Meta, Google, and partner channels; align with Sales on lead quality, and feedback loops.
Drive App Growth:
Manage app user acquisition (Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, paid social), App Store Optimization (ASO), ratings & reviews, and day‑to‑day app marketing operations. Coordinate with Tech on tracking, release schedules, and bug prioritization.
Own Reporting & Analytics:
Build and maintain dashboards covering acquisition, conversion, and ROI metrics. Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to management with clear insights and recommended actions.
Manage Media Plan & Budget:
Build and maintain the media plan across channels and markets, track pacing and spend against targets, and propose reallocations to maximize return.
Optimize the Conversion Funnel:
Analyze user behavior across web and app and remove friction to improve conversion rates end‑to‑end.
Own Landing Page Optimization:
Define landing page strategy and structure for campaigns, brief and coordinate designers and copywriters, and iterate based on performance data.
Collaborate with Cross‑Functional Teams:
Partner with Technology, Brand, Customer Support, Sales and Acquisition; manage external agencies and vendors.
Leverage AI to Work Smarter:
Use AI tools to accelerate research, creative production, copy testing, reporting, and operational tasks — and identify new opportunities to apply AI across the marketing stack.

Requirements

3–5 years of digital/performance marketing experience, ideally in fast‑growing companies, with hands‑on campaign ownership across consumer (B2C) and/or business (B2B) acquisition.
