Join our team of professionals working with global brands across multiple markets. The role defines and manages the Stanley brand strategy in Italy, aligned with the corporate product strategy.

The Role The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing product portfolios, new product launches, pricing and margins, and developing and executing the trade strategy to drive business growth and profitability.

The role includes developing product and marketing strategies, defining pricing and promotional activities to meet targets, and presenting new product launches to relevant stakeholders.

What You’ll DoProduct Management:
Oversee product lifecycle from launch to promotional strategy; conduct market analysis to guide product positioning and pricing; collaborate with sales and marketing for launches and enhancements; monitor product performance and market trends; analyze pricing and profitability to optimize margins.

Trade Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive sales; conduct market research and competitor analysis; execute campaigns to increase brand awareness and product adoption.

Accountability:
Align company strategy with key customers and account plans; maintain strong communication with stakeholders; ensure commercial materials are well-presented; achieve targets and identify new sales opportunities.

Fluent in spoken and written English or equivalent

Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
