As a Marketing Generalist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Odoo's marketing initiatives in Italy.
You will act as the connecting point between different marketing specialists, while ensuring alignment with both local business priorities and global marketing strategy.
This is a highly transversal role for someone who enjoys working across multiple marketing disciplines and managing different stakeholders. We're looking for someone with a strong marketing mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to understand how different marketing channels work together to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with content, motion design, video, digital marketing, events to oversee and deliver cross-functional and impactful marketing projects
Adapt and localize marketing initiatives developed by Odoo Headquarters to the Italian market based on market needs and business priorities
Manage project timelines, priorities, resources, and budgets, contributing to the development of the local marketing strategy
Ensuring smooth communication and execution between teammates
Act as a strategic point of reference across different marketing initiatives
Support negotiations with suppliers, partners, and external vendors when needed
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Marketing as a generalist
Strong understanding of marketing strategy principles, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives and projects
Ability to identify and implement marketing programs aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth
Experience in offline and online advertising and media planning (e.g. billboards)
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
We offer a permanent contract and, based on your experience, the position offers a salary range between € 35.000 and € 40.000.
