Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead property communications for Splendido and Splendido Mare, aligning with the Divisional Brand and Marketing Director and Communications Director to raise awareness and storytelling excellence. You will craft and execute plans that connect luxury experiences with our brand narrative, managing media, KOLs, events, and cross-team collaboration. You contribute to measurable messaging impact and engage audiences across channels.

This is a fast‑paced, guest‑centric opportunity to shape the storytelling of iconic Portofino properties.

Retribuzione / Benefits Plan, execute and coordinate property communication plans aligned to global and divisional goals

Manage media and KOL relations, pitch journalists, organise media trips and single visits, and develop press materials

Organise and support property events, build relationships with partners and curate attendee lists

Support social media content strategy with Divisional Social Media Managers and grow brand advocate community

Assist with photo shoots and marketing projects as a reference for the property

Lead or coach a trainee/communications executive when possible

Regularly analyse media coverage and events, present findings to stakeholders

Monitor property performance on media platforms (Launchmetrics, Lefty) and stay aware of trends

Responsabilità5+ years of public relations / communications experience, preferably in hospitality

Highly organised with strong ability to manage multiple projects under pressure

Understanding of luxury hospitality markets

Ability to foster cross‑stakeholder collaboration

Imaginative storyteller with a track record of media results

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

Fluent in Italian and English Ability to travel

Based at Splendido, Portofino; willing to relocate
