Job Description & How to Apply Below
From day one at Unobravo, we’ve been on a mission to make mental health support truly accessible to everyone by normalizing therapy, fostering openness, and breaking down the stigma that still surrounds it.
Our success is driven by an exceptional team dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible care, anytime, anywhere. With over 9,500 qualified therapists and more than 7 million therapy sessions delivered, we’re proud to have made a meaningful difference in countless lives.
Join us as our new Copywriter in the Marketing team: an opportunity to shape innovation in the mental health industry and drive solutions that make a global impact.
We’re seeking someone bold and visionary , ready to break barriers and fuel our international expansion.
This is a 100% hands‑on role: writing, ideation, cross‑team coordination. You'll report directly to the Creative Lead Copywriting and work closely with Brand designers and teams across Paid Media, Comms, Product and Clinical.
A note on the space we operate in: Unobravo works in mental health, a regulated field that demands a high standard of responsibility in every message we put out.
Our communications are subject to clinical and regulatory guidelines, and every piece of content must meet them. The challenge, and the opportunity, is precisely this: finding creative, thoughtful ways to communicate sensitive topics within those guardrails, without ever flattening or trivializing them.
Essentials
Seniority: Mid-Level
Preferred
Location:
Milan
Salary range: EUR 33,000 – 42,000 in line with our commitment to transparent and equitable compensation practices
What You’ll Do
You’ll sit at the intersection of brand narrative and performance‑driven content, writing copy that moves people and moves the needle. Your work will span the full brand ecosystem, from campaign ideation to paid assets, always grounded in Unobravo's tone of voice, and always meeting the clinical and regulatory standards our space demands.
Write and adapt copy across all brand touchpoints, website, video, B2B materials, events, partnerships, ensuring Unobravo's tone of voice stays consistent and recognizable regardless of channel, format, or funnel stage
Contribute to 360° brand campaigns from ideation through execution, across formats ranging from OOH and TV to digital and live events
Own paid copy quality (Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube) on two levels: writing directly when needed, and overseeing assets produced with AI support or external agencies
Partner closely with the Clinical Strategist and cross‑functional teams (Paid Media, Comms, Product, CRM, Influencer Marketing) to ensure every message is both creatively effective and clinically sound
Help evolve Unobravo's tone of voice guidelines as part of an active consolidation project, integrating AI tools into your daily workflow to amplify output without compromising quality
Must‑have skills
Solid experience as a copywriter, with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across formats and channels
Solid experience writing for integrated brand campaigns and adapting copy across touchpoints (digital, video, OOH, website)
Hands‑on experience with paid digital copy (Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube) and performance logic, including quality oversight of assets produced by third parties or with AI support
Ability to absorb a tone of voice quickly and reproduce it consistently across very different contexts and audiences
Strong conceptual and storytelling skills, with a sharp eye for tonal nuance and detail
Fluency with AI tools as part of daily creative work: you experiment, integrate, and push their potential without losing sight of quality
Operational autonomy: you own projects and drive them forward independently
Fluent in Italian and English
In‑house experience within a brand or marketing team
Agency background with exposure to large‑scale integrated campaigns
Sensitivity toward mental health and experience communicating on delicate topics with care and responsibility
What we offer
Step into a work environment that is stable, challenging, and evolving.
Exclusive benefits include: access to discounted psychotherapy sessions, company retreats, team‑building experiences, nationwide aperitivo parties, a free membership and conversation courses on our language platform, a day off on your birthday, an additional day off on World Mental Health Day, inclusive parental leave available for all parents (including biological fathers, same‑sex parents, adoptive and foster parents).
We are an equal‑opportunity employer and provide reasonable accommodations to ensure a fair and accessible hiring process for all. If you require any support or adjustments during the application or interview process, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make sure you have a positive experience.
