ABOUT

THE ROLE The Senior Brand Manager executes the strategic brand agenda across the CEEMEA region, ensuring the sustainable growth of Wella professional products in collaboration with markets, distributors, education, trade marketing, and commercial teams. The role focuses on the full professional portfolio across all channels. Senior Manager leads regional plans and launch calendars, activates ATL & digital storytelling, and partners with markets for superior execution.

The ideal candidate combines strong brand-building expertise with a deep understanding of the professional salon ecosystem—stylists, salons, educators, distributors, and professional retail channels.

WHAT YOU WILL DORegional Brand Strategy & Portfolio Leadership Execute the regional brand strategy for the Wella portfolio aligned with global priorities. Own the regional product portfolio strategy: launches, relaunches, hero SKU management, rationalization, and lifecycle planning. Ensure brand positioning resonates with salon professionals across diverse CEEMEA markets. Drive ATL and digital storytelling excellence.

Innovation & Go-To-Market Excellence Localize global innovation strategies and build compelling regional GTM plans for new launches. Drive 360° activation frameworks including education, digital content, e-commerce platforms, and stylist engagement. Partner with Education on technical storytelling, product performance claims, trial programs, and stylist seeding.

Business Performance Management Track business KPIs: net revenue, sell-in/sell-out performance, market share, hero SKU performance, and portfolio health. Lead monthly reviews with markets to diagnose performance drivers and define corrective actions. Analyze category trends and salon insights to identify growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Cooperation Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Education, Digital, and Supply Chain teams to ensure aligned execution and strong business performance across markets.

Content & Communication Development Adapt and create regional brand content, including digital/social assets, launch toolkits, and campaign materials. Ensure all brand messaging is consistent, premium, and aligned with brands  positioning. Collaborate with stylists, ambassadors, and influencers for authentic professional storytelling.

Budget Ownership & ROIManage regional marketing budgets for the assigned portfolio. Optimize investment to ensure the highest ROI across education, activations, events, and digital campaigns.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONGBachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)7-10 years of experience in brand management, including regional or multi-market scope

Experience in professional beauty, luxury, or prestige brands (or strong affinity to the hairdressing industry)
Proven track record in managing P&L, brand KPIs, and driving business performance

Experience leading multi-brand, multi-country portfolios and innovation/launch programs

Strong background in ATL communication and go-to-market execution

Experience in CEEMEA or emerging markets and working in matrix, multicultural organizations

Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Core competencies:

Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Strong communication skills; fluent in English and Polish High level of ownership, accountability, and results orientation

Ability to work independently, prioritize under pressure, and manage multiple projects
