Marketing Specialist

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Città di Castello. The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies that promote Geofoods’ premium truffle products, including campaign planning, product positioning, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, label graphic check, analyzing customer and sales data, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and managing promotional activities across digital and traditional channels.

The role also involves creating marketing materials, supporting customer communication. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals and growth plans.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, partners, and internal teams effectively.

Knowledge of the mainstream graphic programs

Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.

Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy to support revenue growth and brand development.

Background in food, luxury goods, or hospitality marketing is highly beneficial.

Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.

Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
