Brand Retail Activation Specialist

Experteer Overview In this role you will manage selective brand trade and implement 360 brand plans to boost in-store visibility. You collaborate across Brand, Purchasing and Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery and compliant materials, while coordinating brand staff for events and promotions. You drive CRM and digital activities, and support store-facing marketing initiatives to enhance customer experiences. This fast-paced role combines cross-functional coordination with a customer-centric mindset to shape Sephora’s in-store brand presence.

Retribuzione / Benefits Manage selective brand trade activities and collaborations with Brand and European teams

Execute Brands 360 plans (in-store visibility, brand staff, GWP)
Define pop materials and ensure compliance with European guidelines and timing

Coordinate updates with Purchasing and Supply Chain to meet deadlines

Share CRM and digital activities with internal departments and Brands Oversee brand extra-visibility materials and tool mapping with Supply Chain/Purchasing Define and manage promotional mechanics and brand operations traffic

Coordinate special activities for stores network with feasibility assessment

Responsabilità2/3 years of experience in similar roles

English/Italian is a must

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point Good  knowledge of Retail dynamics and KPIs understanding
