Trade Marketing Specialist

Experteer Overview In this role you support the Customer Marketing Team to bridge retail mix with channel standards and unlock growth opportunities. You analyze customer P&L, profitability, and activation potential to shape cross-functional plans with Customer and Key Account Managers. You guide strategic planning for modern channels and help allocate spend based on turnover and trade margin. This is a hands‑on, analytics-driven role that contributes to Ferrero’s category strategy and customer partnerships.

Retribuzione / Benefits Analyze extended categories for customers and Ferrero to identify joint growth opportunities

Assess customer P&L against benchmarks and company goals to inform priorities

Examine retail mix, second placements and avancasse to inform strategy

Propose a triple‑win strategy and coordinate meetings to align integrated plans

Collaborate with Customer Managers and Key Account Managers to present strategies to buyers and internal stakeholders

Support strategic planning phases of the modern channel, including budget and customer planning

Help define spending allocation criteria and propose tailored actions based on performance metrics

Responsabilità

Master's Degree in Economics Experience in Trade & Shopper Marketing, Sales, or MarketingFMCG market or large‑scale retail (GDO) exposure is a plus Strong analytical skills

Fluency in Italian and English Good MS‑Office skills (PowerPoint, Word) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
