Community Manager Intern
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Community Manager Intern to join our team. This position is perfect for someone passionate about building and engaging online communities and has a strong interest in social media and digital communication. As a Community Manager Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our online presence, fostering relationships with our audience, and creating content that resonates with our community.

Job Description
Assist in managing and growing social media channels by creating and scheduling posts.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Help organize and execute online events, such as webinars, live streams and Q&A sessions.
Monitor community feedback and report insights to inform content strategy.
Support the creation of content, including blog posts, newsletters and social media updates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive engagement.
Assist in moderating online discussions to ensure a positive environment.
Stay updated with social media trends and community management best practices.
Required Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok.
Experience or coursework in communications, marketing, digital media or related field.
Ability to create engaging content aligned with brand voice.
Understanding of community dynamics and fostering engagement.
Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Passion for building and nurturing online communities.
Preferred
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or platform insights.
Basic understanding of SEO principles.
Skills and Experience Gained
Hands‑on community management and social media strategy.
Exposure to content creation and online engagement strategies.
Advanced skills in managing platforms and community interaction.
Ability to analyze feedback to inform decisions.
Experience with organization and execution of online events.
Use of management and analytics tools.
Improved communication and teamwork in a professional setting.
