Marketing and Communication Specialist

Location: Calderara di Reno

Responsibilities

Contribute to the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communication initiatives
Support venue preparation, invitations, timelines, and on‑site coordination for fairs and events
Manage logistics, hospitality, transfers, and event staff on‑site
Ensure timely payments and compliance with financial constraints
Conduct post‑event analysis, evaluation of results, and reporting
Manage corporate social media channels including editorial plans
Create and execute campaigns across digital channels
Update communication materials for online and offline use
Support development of communication content for exhibitions and events
Manage the company intranet and update according to the monthly plan
Support content management for corporate and branch websites

Requirements

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in similar roles
Experience in managing Google Ads and social media campaigns
Knowledge of Google Analytics and performance analysis tools
Strong skills in SEO and SEM
Knowledge of main online and offline communication channels and tools
Experience in social media management
Ability in content management and content creation
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., WBS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Power Point
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Availability for business travel and events
Preferred background in manufacturing companies
Degree in Marketing, Economics, Languages, or related fields
