Head of Social Media

Location: Mestre

Responsibilities

Manage all social media platforms and drive social global campaigns

Articulate a content strategy and a social media calendar tailored to each channel

Ensure proper amplification of key brand messages locally and globally

Partner with teams and agencies to execute effective localised plan and ensure global coordination maintaining influencer marketing activity

Work with external agencies to secure online reputation and crisis management implementing appropriate action plans

Maintain a direct relationship with social media platforms representatives and media partners

Ensure the correct execution of social community management practices and moderation

Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers

Manage social media budget to maximise ROI and achieve business plans

Responsible for the implementation and execution of performance reporting and analytics with a defined cadence

Support PR Team to strategise ongoing brand ambassador partnerships and leverage effective visibility on OVS/PIOMBO/OVS KIDS/Les Copains/Altavia/Shaka/BAngelsocial platforms

Drive content innovation, market first partnerships with key social platforms and build communities through online/offline experiences

Profile

8-10 years of experience leading social media strategies for Fashion/RETAIL

Experience using a variety of popular social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, You Tube

Familiar with tools for scheduling, reporting, publishing and analysing social media

Good experience in stakeholders and agencies management

Experience working with influencers and KOLs to build strong brand partnerships and content

Strong editing skills with attention to details

Excellent English – written and verbal communication

Annual salary range between 50,000 euro - 60,000 euro.
