We are recruiting for a Content Creator Manager position to join the Sales & Marketing team at Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewood Hotel as a replacement for a maternity leave.
As Content Creator Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Director of Communications to develop and execute a content-driven strategy that aligns with the overall communications plan, with a focus on photo and video production.
This is a key position for supporting the growing of Castiglion del Bosco.
Explore  Castiglion del Bosco is located in Montalcino, Tuscany, in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Val d’Orcia. The resort offers 42 suites, 11 villas, two restaurants, a cooking school, The Spa and a curated selection of activities and excursions. The 5000-acre estate also embraces an historical Brunello di Montalcino winery and an exclusive private members' golf club.

Job Description   Ideate, produce, and oversee high-quality creative content (photo and video) for use across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and storytelling objectives.
Manage and update website content, including photography, videos, and copy, coordinating with the corporate team to maintain brand standards and aesthetic coherence.
Plan, create, and execute engaging social media campaigns and content calendars to drive organic growth and audience engagement across key platforms.
Support digital marketing efforts by contributing to performance-driven campaigns across paid search, display, and social media, collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders.
Develop email marketing campaigns with compelling visual and written content for the property and its outlets, including tracking and analyzing performance metrics.
Work with teams across the hotel, including food & beverage, spa, weddings, and events, to create and promote visually striking campaigns that highlight the unique offerings of the property.
Manage the property’s image and video library, ensuring easy access to up-to-date, high-quality assets for all marketing and communication needs.
Monitor online reputation, responding to feedback on relevant platforms with a creative and empathetic approach that reflects the brand’s voice.
Contribute to public relations initiatives by creating visually impactful press materials and supporting partnerships and media opportunities.

Job Requirements   Minimum 5 years of experience in photo and video production, preferably within the luxury, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
Proven experience working within a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable following brand guidelines, receiving and implementing feedback, and working closely with cross-functional teams. (This is a mandatory requirement.)
Strong expertise across the entire photo and video production workflow, including concept development, shoot planning, on-site production, editing, and post-production. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects, is required.
A highly creative mindset with a refined visual sensibility and a strong ability to translate brand values into compelling visual storytelling.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate photo and video shoots, collaborate with different departments, and consistently meet deadlines.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and content performance analytics, with the ability to interpret insights and optimize content strategies accordingly.
Experience creating digital content optimized for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Website, and Linked In.

Preferred Qualifications   Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film Production, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience using AI-powered creative tools for content production, including image and video generation, editing, workflow automation, and creative ideation.
Experience using Adobe InDesign.
