Your Tasks
Support the management of digital channels (Paid Social, Search, and Programmatic): track key performance indicators (KPIs), review campaign settings across platforms, and summarize final results.
Collaborate with the Category Marketing Team to review digital campaign assets, tracking URLs, and asset taxonomy.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying potential issues and suggesting optimization strategies.
Assist in the development and review of social media PEDs for the company's main social media platforms.
Conduct website analysis to identify results, areas for improvement and potential issues.

Your Profile
BA/MA degree in Economics, Communication, Marketing, Digital Media.
Previous experience in the digital field would be a plus (preferably from a consultancy, a large company or a media agency).
Previous experience in the cosmetics industry would be a plus.
Strong analytical skills, with a particular focus on data analysis and knowledge of tools such as Excel, Google Sheets etc.
Interpersonal skills: proactivity with a positive attitude, problem‑solving mindset, organizational skills, adaptability, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, Tik Tok Ads, and Amazon Marketing Services is a plus.
Languages:
fluency in both Italian and English.
