Strategist - Health Innovation

I'm supporting a global life sciences health innovation and consulting organisation in hiring a Strategist to help shape, launch, and scale innovative and digital health solutions for major pharmaceutical clients across Europe. This is a hands‐on, strategy‐led role sitting at the intersection of innovation, commercialization, and execution.

Key responsibilities
Define and deliver go‐to‐market and commercialization strategies for health and digital health innovations
Support projects across the full lifecycle: idea → launch → scale
Translate clinical, regulatory, and market requirements into clear strategic roadmaps
Lead or contribute to client engagements, workshops, and pitches
Produce high‐quality strategic outputs (e.g. PowerPoint narratives) and support execution
Collaborate across strategy, account, data, technology, medical, xpavfwm and commercial teams
You will bring
Strong experience launching health or digital health innovations within pharma or healthcare
Proven strategy and commercialization experience (consulting, agency, or in‐house)
Confidence managing client relationships and leading pitches
A hands‐on mindset, even at a senior level
Fluent English (Italian and/or German a plus)
