We are currently seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse toprovide high-quality clinical care and support to our residents at Bethanie Subiaco  Aged Care Home.
This Enrolled Nurse opportunity offers the flexibility you’relooking for, with the stability of a  Permanent Part Timerole.
You will be available to work the following shift pattern
Week 1 & Week2
Friday
Saturday
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide hands-on care toresidents while supporting a multi-skilled team with a focus on learning and safety.

About You   Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
Experience working in aged care and/or supporting residentsliving with dementia
Ability to work independently and professionally
Strong written and verbal communication skills and abilityto confidently use clinical information systems
Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)

The Role   Carrying out personal care plans in consultation with andunder the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Consulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on ashift basis
Assisting in assessing residents and ensuring all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirements
Contributing to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needsand wants of residents
Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders and contributing to teamwork within the workplace
Participating in ongoing learning and development, both individually and as part of a larger team
