Aufgaben

Professional maintenance and care of the 18-hole golf course
Professionelle Pflege und Instandhaltung des 18-Loch-Golfplatzes

Mowing, verticutting, aerifying, top dressing, and fertilizing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs
Mähen, Vertikutieren, Aerifizieren, Topdressing und Düngen von Grüns, Abschlägen, Fairways und Roughs

Monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining irrigation systems
Überwachung, Einstellung und Wartung der Bewässerungssysteme

Bunker maintenance and detailed course presentation
Bunkerpflege und detaillierte Platzpräsentation

Operation, maintenance, and care of modern greenkeeping machinery
Bedienung, Wartung und Pflege moderner Greenkeeping-Maschinen

Supporting course improvement and landscaping projects
Unterstützung bei Platzverbesserungs- und Landschaftsgestaltungsprojekten

Ensuring consistently high quality standards and optimal playing conditions
Sicherstellung konstant hoher Qualitätsstandards und optimaler Spielbedingungen

Qualifikation

Solid Foundation / Fundierte Basis:
You have completed vocational training as a greenkeeper, gardener in landscaping, or possess a comparable qualification.
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Greenkeeper, Landschaftsgärtner oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Professional Experience /

Erfahrung:

Ideally, you have several years of experience in golf course maintenance, preferably within a resort or international environment.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Golfplatzpflege, idealerweise in einer Resortanlage oder im internationalen Umfeld.

Technical Skills / Fachkompetenz:
You have sound knowledge of turf management, irrigation systems, and handling maintenance machinery.
Kenntnisse im Bereich Rasenmanagement, Bewässerungssysteme und Maschinenführung.

Hands-on Mentality / Einsatzbereitschaft:
You are reliable, resilient, flexible, and enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Hands-on-Mentalität, Belastbarkeit sowie Freude an der Arbeit im Freien bei unterschiedlichen Wetterbedingungen.

Language Skills / Sprachkenntnisse:
Basic knowledge of English or Italian is beneficial;
German skills are mandatory.
Grundkenntnisse in Englisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil, Deutschkenntnisse sind verpflichtend.

Team Player / Teamfähigkeit:
You are motivated, proactive, and enjoy working in an international team.
Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Team.
