JOB PURPOSE Carry out on-site audits at Group suppliers or desktop reviews, supporting the HSE Managers (RSPP) of the Prada Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES SUPPLIER AUDITS Conduct on-site audits or desktop reviews at the Group’s suppliers
Promote and disseminate a culture of health and safety throughout the entire production chain, in line with the company’s Code of Ethics, Supplier Code of Conduct, and core values
Verify supplier compliance with current Health & Safety and environmental regulations
Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely and proper implementation
SUPPORT TO INDUSTRIAL HSE MANAGERS (RSPP)
Support the Prada Group’s industrial HSE Managers Perform risk assessments within the company
Prepare and deliver H&S training to Prada Group personnel
Implement and monitor compliance with H&S procedures within the company (e.g., checking the use of PPE, monitoring workplace accidents, drafting emergency management procedures, conducting drills)
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS5-7 years of experience in a similar role Degree in Humanities, Economics, or Law Knowledge of sustainability topics:
Working conditions, Occupational health and safety, Environmental protection, and Business ethic
