Quality control coordinator

Location: Turbigo

For our Italian HQ based in Cinisello Balsamo (MI) we are seeking a proactive Quality Control Coordinator with skills/experience in managing and coordinating Quality Control activities and functions.

Responsibilities

Act as a focal point for issuing test notifications to inspectors, agencies, and customers, ensuring they are submitted promptly and in exhaustive detail.

Timely scheduling and allocation of Agency Inspector / No

Bo / QC Engineer attendance for specific quality control activities including pre-inspection meetings and stage & final inspection and testing.

Maintain registers of notification of inspections across multiple projects with multiple vendors / subcontractors.

Assembly / compilation of manufacturing record books / manufacturing data records (MDR) according to Approved Indexes.

Preparation of data to support Quality management reviews and report system improvements.

The Person

Experienced in a coordination / administration role within an engineering / manufacturing environment, preferably in the energy / industrial applications or similar industry.

Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.

Excellent communicator, verbal and written, in Italian and English.

Excellent team player.

Resourceful, well organised, highly dependable, efficient and detail‑oriented.

Confident and assertive.

Experience working in a fast‑paced heavy engineering or manufacturing environment.

Excellent accuracy and numeracy skills.

Ability to use initiative and make decisions autonomously.

Experience working in an ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) environment.

Can‑do attitude.

€40,000 - €50,000 a year
