Position: Deputy Quality Manager – EASA Part-147 Training Organization
Location: Azzano San Paolo

We are looking for a full-time Deputy Quality Manager with general IT Competencies to support the Quality Department in ensuring compliance with EASA Part‑147 requirements and internal procedures.

The role will support the Quality Manager in maintaining the organisation’s Quality System, monitoring compliance with regulatory standards, and advancing the digitalization of record‑keeping and examination processes.

Key Responsibilities Support the Quality Manager in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).Ensure compliance with EASA Part‑147 regulations and applicable procedures.

Assist in the planning and execution of internal audits and compliance monitoring activities.

Monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure.

Review and maintain MOE / MTOE procedures, manuals, and documentation.

Promote a safety and quality culture within the training organization.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to training quality and regulatory compliance.

Support the identification and implementation of solutions and software to enhance the digitalization of organizational documentation.

Requirements Experience in quality or compliance monitoring (preferably aviation as in Part‑147, Part‑145, or Part‑CAMO environments or ISO 9001 or equivalent).

Experience with quality audits, reporting, and corrective action management.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and support cross‑departmental teams.

Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).Preferible knowledge of EASA regulations, especially EASA Part‑147.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a general understanding of AI tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications Auditor training or experience in compliance monitoring accordingly to industry standard

Previous experience in an EASA approved training organization.

Background in aviation maintenance training or technical environment.

Experience with aviation quality management systems or safety management systems.
