Treatments Quality Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you ensure top-tier quality in a complex manufacturing setting and report to the Plant Quality Manager. You will drive quality performance, manage process and product QA, and lead audits to close gaps. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain improvements and compliance. This position offers hands‑on impact in a scale‑focused environment with a strong emphasis on problem solving and proactive leadership.

Conduct end‑of‑line and process tests

Oversee finished product quality assurance

Investigate and troubleshoot quality‑related issues in product or production

Plan, execute and follow up on internal process or system audits

ResponsabilitàDegree in Engineering4+ years of experience in a complex Quality Engineer role Ability to read and visualize technical drawings

Knowledge of quality tools (Fishbone, 5 whys, root cause analysis)
Knowledge of MS Office Basics of statistics
