Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the plant’s quality management efforts to meet IATF 16949 and internal standards. You will implement and govern the Quality Manual, procedures and customer requirements, aligning cross‑functional teams with the Adler quality policy. You’ll drive continuous improvement, monitor quality metrics, and report to the Plant Manager and Group Quality Manager. You will act as the face of quality in customer interactions and oversee corrective actions and PPAP/PSW activities.
This is a frontline opportunity to shape quality culture in a high‑pace automotive environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Communicate and ensure application of IATF 16949 guidelines and implementation manuals across the plant
Disseminate Adler Group quality guidelines and policies
Coordinate Quality Manual, General Company Procedures and Plant Operating Procedures Communicate customer requirements and coordinate with departments to meet them
Lead adoption of customer-focused tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
Promote standardisation initiatives for the quality system
Analyze internal and customer quality status; report to Plant Manager and Group Quality Manager Maintain relations with the certification body and coordinate quality resources
Train staff on quality tools and methodologies
Coordinate data collection and reporting on plant quality; monitor quality costs and improvement plans
Represent the company in customer quality discussions and IATF 5.3.1.Verify final products against OEM/customer requirements (PSW, PPAP, etc.) before submission
ResponsabilitàDegree in Engineering or a related technical/scientific discipline
In-depth knowledge of QMS and international standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)7–10 years of experience in structured manufacturing environments, preferably automotive
Good command of English; strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
Ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships
Analytical and decision-making skills
High level of written and spoken English Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
