Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rome for a Technical Inspection Specialist. The Inspection Specialist is responsible for performing detailed inspections on commercial turbofan engines within a CFM
56 MRO Part
145 environment, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections on engine parts and modules
Executing inspection and testing activities in accordance with OEM technical manuals (e.g., AMM, CMM, ESM) and approved data
Ensuring compliance with applicable aviation regulations (e.g., EASA Part-145) and company procedures
Identifying non-conformities, supporting root cause analysis, and collaborating on corrective actions
Maintaining accurate and traceable inspection records and documentation
Working closely with technicians, engineers, and quality teams to resolve technical and quality issues
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and promoting quality best practices on the shop floor
Operating effectively within a shift-based environment, ensuring continuity and consistency across handovers
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Quality Control and inspection processes within an MRO or aviation environment
Proven ability to read, interpret, and apply OEM technical documentation (AMM, CMM, IPC, SBs, etc.)
Experience in performing inspection and testing activities on engine components or modules (CFM
56 preferred)
Basic understanding of Lean principles (e.g., 5S, standard work, waste identification) and continuous improvement mindset
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to train and guide team members on inspection standards and best practices
Effective communication and teamwork skills in a cross-functional environment
Willingness and ability to work in a shift-based operation
Prior experience in aviation MRO and Part 145 services is required; familiarity with CFM
56 engines is highly desirable
Certified inspection qualifications or relevant training preferred
Requirements
• High school diploma preferably Technical, in Aeronautics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, CNC Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering Technology, or a related technical field relevant to aviation maintenance and inspection activities

Si tratta di un ruolo a tempo pieno come Specialista di Ispezione e Collaudo.
Lo Specialista di Ispezione e Collaudo è responsabile dell'esecuzione di ispezioni dettagliate su componenti e motori turbofan commerciali all'interno di un ambiente MRO Easa Part-145 dedicato al CFM
56, per garantire la piena conformità ai requisiti normativi e ai più alti standard qualitativi del mercato di riferimento.
Principali responsabilità:
Eseguire ispezioni in ingresso, durante il processo di lavorazione e collaudi di accettazione e delibera finale su parti e moduli motore.
Svolgere le attività di ispezione collaudo e test in conformità ai manuali tecnici OEM (es. AMM, CMM, ESM) e alla documentazione approvata.
Garantire la conformità alle normative aeronautiche applicabili (es. EASA Part-145) e alle procedure aziendali.
Identificare le non conformità, support are le analisi delle cause radice e collaborare alle azioni correttive.
