Manager - Quality Assurance

Location: Vada

Responsible for end to end Quality i.e. Supplier Quality, Incoming Quality, In-process Quality Assurance, Final Quality Assurance, Customer Feedback and Corrective Actions.
Quality Improvement Projects (through Six Sigma Methodology, 7QC Methodology, Kaizen etc.).
Establish, monitor, and control the process in line with IMS and other certification requirements.
Adopt and implement tools / techniques like APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 7 QC Tools.
Conduct Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Excellence Programs.
Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements in terms applicable product certifications Certification like PED, ASME, QCO etc.
Quality Planning for New Products.
Develop, upgrade Quality Assurance Documents like QAPs, Control Plans , Process and Product Audits check lists etc.
Interface between R&D and Manufacturing team.
Conduct Process, Products Audits and draw, implement actions plan for improvements.
Management Representative for IMS.
Conduct Management Review Meetings.
Coordinate with Third Party Agencies , Consultants , Customer for witness inspections.
Review Process Documents like PFD, PFMEA, and Control Plans to establish required controls over processes.
Handle customer quality complaints.
Identification and recommendation of digitisation of measurement data, collating and analysis.
Carry out root cause analysis and Implement corrective actions for field feedback, line rejections and IQC rejections.
Interact customers , dealers and sales & service teams for capturing opportunities for improvements with respect to the product quality.
