Quality Supplier Specialist

Experteer Overview  As Supplier Quality Specialist, you will own supplier qualification, audits, and quality performance monitoring to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met. You will work within a cross‑functional team to qualify suppliers, drive CAPA and continuous improvement, and support new supplier introductions and changes. Your analytical mindset will help identify risks and drive root‑cause resolution, shaping a robust quality ecosystem.

This role offers the chance to impact product quality and regulatory compliance across the supply base.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Manage supplier qualification and certification processes per company procedures and quality standards
Monitor supplier quality performance and manage non‑conformities
Conduct supplier audits and close out corrective and preventive actions
Support new supplier and new product introduction activities (e.g., PPAP, change management)
Perform root cause analyses and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare reports and KPIs to track supplier quality performance
Maintain supplier quality documentation in compliance with the Quality Management System
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, and other teams
Responsabilità

Experience:

2+ years in Supplier Quality or similar roles, preferably in pharma or medical device
Knowledge of standards and regulations (ISO, cGMP, FDA, CFRs, REACH)
Experience in supplier audits, CAPA processes, PPAP, and Quality Management Systems
Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving, and risk‑based thinking
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive attitude and continuous improvement orientation

Education:

technical or scientific degree preferred
