Experteer Overview  In this role, you ensure supplier quality across the supply chain, supporting audits, APQP, and new product launches to prevent defects. You’ll lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and data-driven improvements with cross-functional teams, contributing to robust supplier performance. Your work helps uphold engineering and manufacturing standards and supports customer requirements. This is a hands‑on, impact‑focused position within a global automotive supplier environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Carry out supplier validation audits with supplier support and APQP
Support new product launches to ensure supplier quality standards are met
Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier quality issues
Perform on‑site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions
Collate and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvements in the supply chain
Work with suppliers to create corrective action plans for process failures
Escalate unresolved supplier quality issues within projects and suppliers
Support Quality Manager in monitoring and reporting supplier product quality and performance
Assist with first off sample approvals
Participate in cross‑functional teams for new products or changes to meet customer requirements
Responsabilità   Knowledge of quality and business systems
