Quality Sourcing Specialist

Location: Cermenate

We are looking for a Quality Sourcing Assurance Specialist to join the Quality Department in the business unit Bolton Food based in Italy.

How you make the difference

You will ensure supplier qualification and monitoring, guaranteeing compliance with quality and food safety standards through audits, performance evaluation, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to manage risks proactively.

How your agenda looks like:? You will manage the supplier homologation process in line with regulations and internal standards? You will plan and conduct supplier audits, monitor performance, and follow up on corrective actions? You will oversee key operational activities (production, shipments, incoming goods) to ensure quality compliance? You will support suppliers on quality and food safety topics, including new product launches?

You will manage customer complaints and perform root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution? You will maintain and update supplier documentation, KPIs, and reports

Your team:

You will join the Quality Team at the Cermenate (CO) plant, reporting to the Quality Sourcing Manager Europe & AO.What makes you a great fit:

Bachelor's degree in a food-related field2-3 years of experience in quality, production, or supplier xdwybme management

Knowledge of quality systems and food safety standards (ISO, BRC, IFS, HACCP)
Experience in auditing and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and ability to work in international environments
