GRDQ Quality and Food Safety Supplier Associate Manager

Experteer Overview  As Global Quality and Food Safety Supplier Associate Manager, you will design and steward QA and FS programs across our worldwide suppliers, driving continuous improvements. You will lead audits, risk management, and training to ensure compliance with PVM policies and relevant regulations. Your collaboration with Procurement, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and R&D will align quality objectives and strengthen supplier relationships.

Retribuzione / Benefits   Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and food safety programs across the global supply chain
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and food safety across the global supply chain
Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Conduct regular audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards including Group Policies
Identify and mitigate risks related to supplier quality and food safety; develop and implement risk management strategies
Provide training and support to suppliers and internal teams on quality and food safety standards and best practices
Maintain and further develop the Global Supplier Database
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Supply Chain, Regulatory, R&D) to align on quality and FS objectives
Ensure proper communication of Q&FS requirements to suppliers and internally
Manage supplier-related complaints and authority requests
Proactively identify and suggest improvements in established standards
Promote a Q&FS culture towards suppliers
Responsabilità   Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in quality and food safety, preferably in the food industry in a global supply chain context
Strong knowledge of quality assurance and food safety standards and regulations
Experience and strong knowledge in Supplier Quality (approval, performance evaluations, audits; agreements, Material specifications)
Certified auditor certificate is a plus
Strong leadership skills to drive quality and food safety initiatives across the organization
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
A true relationship builder with suppliers, customers, colleagues and strategic partners as well as with internal teams
Speak and write English fluently
High degree of self-organization and detail-orientation
