Your Role And Responsibilities
We will support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, ensuring a quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams. Each day you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, root‑cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems.

Monitor quality KPIs, including non‑conformities and customer complaints, ensuring accurate and timely data collection and analysis.

Conduct structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve issues, both internal and customer‑related, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Collaborate with Research & Development and Engineering for new product launches and manage design and process changes.

Support Quality Assurance in reviewing and updating internal procedures to ensure compliance with standards.

Plan and conduct internal audits, supervise preparation and execution of verification activities.

Promote the concept of Risk‑Based Thinking and drive continuous improvement of quality processes.

Define and monitor product and process quality requirements, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards during development and production phases.

Qualifications For

The Role

Degree in Engineering or a technical field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in quality‑related roles within a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent).

Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and problem‑solving tools.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Fluency in English and Italian.
