Experteer Overview In this role you will support the launch and operation of automated production systems at a new Nestlé Purina site, contributing to safety, health and environmental excellence. You will work within a global organization focused on quality, safety and continuous improvement, collaborating with cross‑functional teams. You will drive risk management and LEAN‑aligned safety initiatives to protect people and protect the business.

Retribuzione / Benefits Ensure compliance with local legislation and Nestlé HSE standards in planning and operations

Implement risk management procedures according to the RSPPMonitor site safety for employees, contractors and visitors with proper signage and risk controls

Maintain high health and hygiene standards and enable emergency medical response

Establish safe working practices for high‑frequency and high‑hazard tasks

Provide HSE support including exposure monitoring, health promotion, health surveillance and training

Participate in key meetings and reviews

Support LEAN initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in Safety/Health/Environmental Sustainability Communicate effectively across organizational levels

Responsabilità4–5 years of experience in a similar role Experience in the manufacturing sector is mandatory; food factory experience is a plus Knowledge of basic safety legislation (d.Lgs 81/08)
Analytical and problem‑solving skills

Proficient Italian and English languages

Engineering background preferred
