Experteer Overview In this role you will support manufacturing and global operations focused on delivering high-quality medicines. You will work with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and validate analytical methods, ensuring GMP compliance across the value chain. The position combines project management, method development and hands‑on analytical work to drive quality from raw materials to patients. Responsibilities Management of process validations
Global project management
Research, development and validation of analytical methods
Drafting of protocols and reports
Use of instruments (HPLC, GC, Dissolvers, etc.) and systems (Office, SAP, LIMS, Empower 3, LabX, Minitab)
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in science4+ years in R&D and/or QC analytical development laboratory with strong GMP knowledge
Knowledge of analytical method and process validation
Knowledge of QA, CMC, regulatory and statistics principles
Analytical/problem solving and teamwork attitude
Fluent English
