Experteer Overview In this Global R&D role within the Sensory & Consumer Science team, you will champion the consumer voice across projects. You will design and analyze qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights that guide product development and marketing strategies. You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners to translate findings into actionable recommendations and identify opportunities for new products or enhancements.

Retribuzione / Benefits Assist in designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative consumer research methodologies

Provide consumer perspective in project meetings and cross‑functional interactions

Advise on sensory and consumer topics to R&D, Marketing, and Regulatory teams

Support data analysis to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors

Identify opportunities for new product development based on consumer feedback

Maintain relationships with consumer testing suppliers and stay updated on methodologies

Develop reports and present findings to product and process teams

Facilitate consumer testing to determine gold standard production across product categories

ResponsabilitàDegree in Food Science and Technology or related fields

Deep knowledge of Sensory and Consumer Science with ≥4 years of experience

Excellent statistical analysis skills and data interpretation

Experience in food industry and cross‑functional product development teams

Professional English; strong verbal and written communication

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results; pro‑activity and flexibility
