Un prestigioso hotel di lusso a Napoli cerca un Assistant Sommelier da inserire nel proprio team. Il candidato ideale ha esperienza in ristoranti gourmet e una profonda conoscenza dei vini. Le responsabilità includono assistere il Sommelier nella selezione e conservazione dei vini, monitorare il consumo e servire vini secondo gli standard del settore. È fondamentale la conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese e una qualifica AIS, WSET o simili.
