Essential Duties & Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Team Leadership & Engagement

Create an inclusive working environment with a client-centric mindset

Lead and inspire the team to deliver sales and profitability

Develop your team product knowledges and selling culture drive a high-performance culture

Business Client Development

Maximise the potential of all product categories through Brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey

Become the voice of the store by understanding the local market and competitor activity

Building and fostering strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand

Operations

Manage the store staffing hours, review effectiveness, make considered and measured recommendations to the regional management team that will optimise store coverage, productivity and profitability

Recruit, train and onboard a winning team

Analysis data, utilise reports and make conclusions to optimise performance and / or take corrective action in collaboration with senior management.

Developing strategies to maximise sales opportunities whilst controlling cost and shrinkage through effective decision making

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Extensive experience in a fast-paced environment with a previous management experience
