We are looking for a Sneaker Collection Merchandising Intern to join the Sneaker Collection Merchandising Department located in Milan.
As Sneaker Collection Merchandising Intern at Golden Goose, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Sneaker Collection Merchandising Team. You will assist in various aspects of product lifecycle management, from market research to product launch.
Main Responsibilities

Provide support to the Merchandising team including preparing report and presentation
Analyse sales data to identify trends, evaluate product performance by sell-thru, sell-in, sell-out, best sellers, and provide actionable insights for merchandising decisions.
Support the team during the pricing phase of the collection including the preparation of the selling campaign
Support by delivering ppt and management of specific meeting dedicated to sketch review, proto review, collection presentation
Support the merchandising team in inventory planning and management, including stock analysis
Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to support merchandising strategies.
Product Development:
Collaborate with the product development team

Key requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Merchandising, Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluent in Italian and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Team Working
Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Highly committed and strong passion for Merchandising
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with flexibility
Passionate about the footwear and fashion industry, trends, retail markets and brand strategy
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with a problem solving attitude
