Job Overview

Key Responsibilities Oversee the seasonal buying calendar and merchandise delivery forecasts to meet team budget targets

Track and report on buying campaign progress on a weekly basis

Manage order confirmations while supporting the team with performance analysis, reports, and presentations

Facilitate constant cross-functional collaboration with admin, legal, commercial and logistics teams

Manage product quality and stock discrepancies (faulty reports, returns to vendor, shortages)
Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Management, Economics, Fashion)
Passionate about fashion (a buying experience as Assistant Buyer or in Sales will be considered a plus)
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work as part of a team as well as being a self-motivated individual

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel) and Power Point Knowledge  of Micro Strategy will be considered a plus Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
