SUMMARY
The Wholesale Account Executive – EMEA is responsible for managing and growing the brand’s wholesale business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role maintains strong relationships with existing wholesale partners while strategically opening new accounts that align with PatBO’s distribution strategy, brand positioning, and long-term growth objectives.
The Account Executive oversees all in-season business needs, including sales analysis, identifying reorder opportunities, managing swaps, supporting wholesale activations, and ensuring operational excellence from order placement through delivery. The role also leads and supports market appointments four times per year, primarily during Paris Market, presenting new collections and driving seasonal growth.
This position requires a commercially minded, highly organized, and relationship-driven professional with deep knowledge of the EMEA luxury wholesale landscape, strong retail math skills, and the ability to work across distributors, department stores, e-tailers, and independent retailers. Regular travel across Europe is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Account Management
Manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts across EMEA, including department stores, e-tailers, and independent retailers.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with PatBO’s global wholesale objectives.
Achieve seasonal sales targets and identify opportunities for growth, upsell, and increased share of wallet.
Prospect, evaluate, and open new accounts aligned with brand positioning and regional strategy.
Maintain strong, consistent communication with buyers and distributors regarding deliveries, reorders, and overall business performance.
Build long-term relationships with buyers, personal shopping teams, and store leadership.
Brand, Product & Market Expertise
Develop a deep understanding of PatBO’s brand DNA, seasonal storytelling, and product construction.
Partner with design, merchandising, marketing, and HQ teams to deliver market feedback, trend insights, and competitive analysis.
Coordinate and present product knowledge, selling tools, and visual merchandising guidelines for in-store teams.
Conduct market visits to assess assortment performance, brand positioning, and competitive adjacencies.
Deliver seasonal selling presentations and brand trainings to key wholesale partners.
Operations & Logistics
Oversee the end-to-end wholesale order lifecycle, from PO submission through shipment and delivery.
Track order confirmations, delivery windows, chargebacks, RTVs, and shipping issues.
Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to resolve invoicing, shipment, and system discrepancies.
Manage RA/RTV processes, including client communication and internal coordination.
Support accounts receivable follow-up in partnership with finance when needed.
Market Week & Events
Coordinate Paris Market activity, including appointment scheduling, sample movements, and showroom preparation.
Prepare line sheets, assortment tools, selling decks, and showroom samples ahead of market appointments.
Provide on-site support during Paris Market, including back-to-back appointments and showroom merchandising.
Analyze current business to inform seasonal strategies and market presentations.
