Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Building product knowledge and brand awareness

Using register and point of sale systems

Asset protection and loss prevention

Creating visual displays

Utilizing system skills effectively

Adhering to work schedule requirements, including availability on weekends and holidays

Qualifications

What it Takes High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

At least 1 year of retail experience preferred

No supervisory or managerial experience required

Customer focus and excellent communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Fashion trend awareness

Outgoing personality

Adaptability, flexibility, and stress tolerance

Ability to multitask

Commitment to diversity and inclusion
