La figura selezionata sarà responsabile della disossatura, del taglio e della razionalizzazione della carne, nonché dell'etichettatura e confezionamento dei prodotti. Sono richieste competenze nella gestione della clientela e un'adeguata conoscenza delle norme igieniche. Orari di lavoro sono dalle 08:00 alle 13:00 e dalle 14:30 alle 17:30.
