Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Flagship Visual Experience Manager to join our team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the visual merchandising experience at our flagship location while contributing to broader regional initiatives.

Lead and oversee Serravalle PRO store, bringing 5+ years of proven experience in visual merchandising leadership & people management
Drive strategic visual merchandising initiatives while managing multiple projects and priorities effectively
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to implement visual strategies and solutions
Support EMEA projects and new store openings, requiring travel flexibility across the region
Work flexible hours including evenings and night shifts as per business requirements
Analyze and optimize visual merchandising performance, providing data‑driven solutions
Maintain brand standards and elevate the in‑store visual experience

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Outstanding communication and influencing abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Fluent in English
Adobe Creative Cloud experience (desirable)
