Posizione
Cerchiamo un/una addetto/a relazioni clienti da inserire nel team di punto vendita per attività di contatto diretto col pubblico e gestione operativa delle richieste.
Responsabilità
Gestione e assistenza clienti al banco informazioni e casse
Supporto a operazioni di carico/scarico e riassortimento scaffali
Etichettatura prodotti, controllo scadenze e controllo qualità esposizione
Registrazione segnalazioni clienti su gestionale e coordinamento con il back office

Requisiti
Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
Esperienza nel ruolo o simile
Ottime capacità relazionali e predisposizione al contatto col pubblico
Disponibilità a turni, weekend e festivi
