Ricerchiamo, per il nostro store sito nell’outlet di Vicolungo, uno/a store manager da inserire nel nostro team.
Descrizione delle mansioni:
Accogliere il cliente e supportarlo durante il processo decisionale d'acquisto.
Interpretare e soddisfare le esigenze del cliente.
Curare la disposizione dei prodotti nel punto vendita
Gestione della cassa, dello store e del personale interno
Monitoraggio dei KPI
Profilo ricercato:
La risorsa dovrà avere un ottima capacità comunicativa, buona attitudine a lavorare in team, ottime doti di leadership, preferibile esperienza pregressa nel settore retail, in particolare nell'ambito della moda uomo.
Viene richiesta un buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
