A luxury brand with a strong DNA, recognizable style, and high service standards. The boutique works with an international clientele and requires a high level of autonomy, professionalism, and a mature approach to client service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming and assisting clients in line with luxury service standards

Providing personalized styling and sales consultations, including VIP clients

Building and maintaining long-term client relationships

Achieving and exceeding sales targets (KPIs)

Maintaining visual merchandising and boutique standards

Handling cash register operations

Assisting with stock intake and inventory management

Requirements

Previous experience in luxury or premium retail (preferably fashion or lingerie)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach

Russian is an advantage

Well-groomed appearance and strong attention to detail

Flexible, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team

An existing client base will be a strong advantage

Candidates already based in, or living within a reasonable commuting distance of Forte dei Marmi, are preferred
