Your role :
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting sales and helping to achieve the shop’s targets. You will work with the team to ensure the shop is kept tidy, products are displayed correctly and day-to-day operations are managed effectively.

What you will do :
Implement the company service model to ensure a high-level customer experience.
Promote excellence in sales, ensuring customer service and loyalty.
Share sales results and product needs with the Store Manager.
Ensure an impeccable image for the store, supported by the Visual department
Be responsible for receiving, reordering and correctly arranging goods in the warehouse
Carry out online sales support activities

What we are looking for in you :
Strong aptitude for sales and customer service
You enjoy working in a team and towards goals
You are flexible, proactive and able to adapt to dynamic environments
You are available for short trips for training and support in other stores
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and English

Salary Terms :
Fixed-Term Contract from 01/10/2026 to 31/12/2027
CCNL:
Terziario Confcommercio
Level: 5th to 3rd, depending on experience in the role
Annual salary (full-time): from 23K to 28K, depending on experience in the role
Meal vouchers: €8 per day
Bonus: one additional month’s salary per year upon achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets
Employee welfare: €1.000 per year, available after six months on a permanent contract

Sie sorgen für ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild der Filiale und Schaufenster.
Sie übernehmen Wareneingang und Lagerorganisation.
Sie unterstützen den Online-Vertrieb.

Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft.
Bereitschaft zu kurzen Dienstreisen, bei Bedarf.
