Position: Sales Manager Engineering Plastics m / f / d)
Location: Sant'Ambrogio di Torino

A dedicated marketing and sales role to expand the company's footprint in Italy. This position is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for Engineering Plastic compounds, targeting key industries such as automotive, defense, sporting goods and electrical engineering.

Market Development:
Identify and develop new market opportunities for relevant applications in Engineering Plastics.
Customer Relationship Management:
Strengthen existing customer relationships while actively fostering new connections.
Project Creation:
Initiate and drive new project opportunities in alignment with company objectives.
Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through strategic and focused efforts.
Budget Management:
Develop, present and execute annual budgets, ensuring financial performance and resource optimisation.

A degree in Plastics Engineering, Materials Science or an MBA (preferred).
Market Sales

Experience:

Demonstrated success in sales within the Italian market.
Negotiation
