We are looking for a National Account Executive to support the growth of our Healthcare & Health Tech business across Italy. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and help healthcare organizations optimize their supply chain and logistics operations through innovative and tailored solutions.

What You’ll Do As a National Account Executive, you will:
Drive profitable business growth and achieve sales targets.
Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities within the Healthcare and Health Tech sectors.
Understand customer supply chain and logistics challenges and design tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Build trusted relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and key decision-makers.
Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and opportunity qualification through negotiation and contract closure.
Develop compelling value propositions that demonstrate clear customer benefits.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation.
Respond quickly and effectively to customer enquiries and business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For   Commercial & Sales Expertise  Proven success in business development and new customer acquisition.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiations.
Strong commercial acumen and opportunity qualification skills.
Ability to create and communicate compelling customer value propositions.
Experience planning and executing revenue growth strategies.

Healthcare Industry Knowledge  Understanding of the healthcare market and its key stakeholders.
Knowledge of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Understanding of patient-centered care principles.
Knowledge of healthcare logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities.

Skills & Experience  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
At least 5 years of experience within the logistics industry.
Experience or strong knowledge of healthcare logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
Strong hunter mentality with a passion for generating new business.
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Additional language skills are a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to contribute to new products, services, and business initiatives.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
Proactive, flexible, and results-driven approach.
